Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 tomatoes
  2. 2 onions
  3. 3-4 garlic cloves
  4. 2-3 green chillies
  5. 5-6 capsicum
  6. 2-3 boiled potatoes
  7. 1/2 teaspoon chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon amchur powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1-2 like juice
  11. Pudina leaves according to your taste
  12. 1/2 cup besan flour

Instructions

  1. Clean capsicum and boil potatoes.Take 2-3 chillies and garlic and pudina leaves and make a paste of it.Take boiled potatoes and mix salt, chilli powder and some of the chilli paste and mix it properly.
  2. Stuff the capsicum with the mixed potatoes.
  3. Make gravy by cooking the onion paste, tomato paste and spices all together.
  4. For the bharwa capsicum cook the stuffed capsicum in the gravy, simmer for 5-7 minutes and your dish is ready
  5. For the pakoda, mix the stuffed capsicum in besan flour paste which is nothing but besan flour, water, spices according to the taste. Cover the stuffed capsicum in that batter and shallow fry.
