Prawn HotPot

Ingredients to make Prawn HotPot

  • 1/2 kg Prawns
  • oil
  • 2 Tbsp red curry paste
  • 1 small onion diced
  • 1 stalk lemongrass chopped
  • 3 large garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • red chilli powder to taste
  • salt to taste
  • water
  • 6-7 basil leaves

How to make Prawn HotPot

  1. Heat oil in the pan , saute onion and lemon grass.
  2. Add red curry paste, stir continuously. Add prawns.
  3. As prawns releases liquid , add bay leaves, red chilli powder, garlic cloves, salt and cook at low heat.
  4. Add water and bring it to a boil. Boil till sauce becomes thick.
  5. Add basil leaves and serve hot.
