Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer 150gm cubed
  2. Ghee 4 table spoon
  3. fennel seeds 1 teaspoon
  4. Coriander seeds 1 Teaspoon
  5. Pepper corns 1 teaspoon
  6. Jeera 1 teaspoon
  7. Ginger1/2 inch
  8. Garlic 2 pieces
  9. Lemon 1 teaspoon
  10. Yogurt 1/2 cup
  11. curry leaves
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Red chillies 5 number
  14. Onion 1 finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Dry roast spices and put in a blender add lemon juice and 1/3 glass of water and grind into a smooth paste
  2. Heat a pan and add 4 table spoon ghee and fry paneer cubes till golden brown in all sides
  3. Strain the paneer and keep it aside
  4. In the same pan add chopped onion and saute till translucent then addthe ground paste and saute till ghee separates. Add salt
  5. Add 1/4 cup yogurt and saute for a while
  6. Add paneer and mix well.
  7. Add curry leaves.
