Blueberry Baked Cheesecake

Ingredients to make Blueberry Baked Cheesecake

  • Eggs - 3 no
  • Sugar - 100 gm
  • Vanilla essence - 2 tsp
  • Hung curd - 160 gm
  • Cream cheese - 220 gm
  • Fresh cream - 160 ml
  • Refined flour - 40 gm
  • Blueberry pulp - 400gm
  • For base:
  • Graham crackers - 10 to 12
  • Butter - 4 tbsp
  • Honey - 2 tbsp

How to make Blueberry Baked Cheesecake

  1. First take the Graham crackers crush them or grind add in melted butter & honey mix well together spread in cake mould nicely bake for 2 to 3 min
  2. Take cream cheese, hung curd , beat nicely mix together add fresh cream gain mix well keep aside
  3. In a another bowl, add eggs , sugar, vanilla essence and beat till creamy fluffy texture then add cream cheese mixture beat again 2 to 3 min add refined flour & combine well .
  4. Pour 1 layer in mould place some blueberry pulp again pour all batter Bake preheated oven 180* for 40 to 45 Min
  5. Cool it for 30 Min spread on blueberry pulp then serve
