Jungleee Paneer

Ingredients to make Jungleee Paneer

  • Paneer - 250 gm
  • Capsicum - 1 big
  • Onions - 2
  • Tomato- 1
  • Green Chillies - 2
  • Cream or malai- 100 gms
  • Chili sauce
  • salt as per taste
  • Turmeric Powder
  • Red chilli powder
  • Coriander Powder
  • Garam Masala
  • Ginger and garlic paste- 2 table spoon
  • oil- 2 table spoons

How to make Jungleee Paneer

  1. Chop the vegetables in big size and keep separately
  2. Dip the paneer in hot water for 5 minutes
  3. Now in a pan, add 2 tbsp oil, and heat it. Now put onions in it.
  4. Saute the onions and let them be light golden color and then add ginger and garlic paste in it.
  5. Add tomatoes after 2 minutes and then green chillies . Saute them all for 1 -2 minutes.
  6. Add turmeric powder, salt, chilli powder, coriander powder and garam masala in it.
  7. Now add chilli sauce in it and at last add cream in it.
  8. Add paneer pieces in it and Serve Hot !!!!!!
