About Potato Mushroom Coleslaw Recipe

A Vish's Special no oil Salad. Health and taste both in one dish and that too salad. Air fryer used in a best way. Superb taste and no calorie coleslaw.

Potato Mushroom Coleslaw

Ingredients to make Potato Mushroom Coleslaw

  • mushrooms - 6
  • Boiled potatoes- 2
  • capsicum - 1
  • Babycorn - 2
  • onions- 1
  • lemon - 1
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tbsp

How to make Potato Mushroom Coleslaw

  1. Wash all the vegetables with hot water.
  2. Chop the vegetables in square shapes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer at 150 degree temperature for 2 minutes
  4. Put all the vegetables in the air fryer and fry them for 5- 7 minutes.
  5. Now increase the temperature to 200 degrees and fry them for 2 more minutes.
  6. Add salt and black pepper and sprinkle the lemon water on top and serve.
