LASAGNE CON POLLO (Chicken Lasagne)

Ingredients to make LASAGNE CON POLLO (Chicken Lasagne)

  • Chicken Mince 140 gms
  • Lasagne Sheet 75 gms
  • White Sauce 80ml
  • Cream 20ml
  • Mozzarella Cheese 80gms
  • Processed Cheese 20gms
  • Tomato Sauce 30ml
  • Olive Oil 10ml
  • Celery Chopped 5gms
  • Leek 5gms
  • Garlic Chopped 5gms
  • Oregano 2gm
  • Pepper 2gm
  • Salt to taste

How to make LASAGNE CON POLLO (Chicken Lasagne)

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  3. In a non stick pan on medium heat add olive oil, sauté leek, celery and garlic, Add chicken, stir well, add white sauce, cream, pepper, oregano, processed cheese and salt to taste, cook well. Keep aside.
  4. In a baking dish, pour tomato sauce on the bottom, place one layer of lasagne sheet, edges overlapping. Pour chicken mixture over lasagne sheet layer and spread evenly
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over chicken mixture. Repeat this process three times. Pour white sauce on top, spread evenly. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over sauce
  6. Bake 10 to 12 minutes, until top is golden brown.
