Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup- puffed rice.
  2. 3/4 cup- makhane.
  3. 1/2 cup - peanuts.
  4. 3 teaspoons- Sprig Genoa spice mix.
  5. Salt to taste.
  6. A pinch of turmeric.
  7. 1 tablespoon- cooking oil.
  8. 1/2 - onion(chopped)
  9. 1/2- tomato (chopped)
  10. 1 -green chilli (chopped).
  11. 1 teaspoon- green coriander leaves (chopped).

Instructions

  1. Take puffed rice, makhane and peanuts.
  2. Heat oil in a thick bottomed vessel.
  3. Put puffed rice, makhane and peanuts in it and roast it on low flame for 10 to 15 minutes or until it's crisp.
  4. Add turmeric, mix well and cool it.
  5. Add salt and Sprig Genoa spice mix and mix well.
  6. Add all the vegetables ,mix well and top it with some more of Sprig Genoa spice mix and serve immediately.
