Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Rajma -1 cup
  2. Oil -4-5 tsp
  3. Cumin -1/2 tsp
  4. Ginger - garlic paste -1 tsp
  5. Onion -2 large
  6. Tomato -2 large
  7. Green chilly for garnishing
  8. Red chilly powder -1/2 tsp
  9. Turmaric powder -1/2 tsp
  10. Corriender powder -2 tsp
  11. Garam masala powder -1 tsp
  12. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak rajma over night. After soaking pressure cook rajma for 3-4 whistles with 2 cup of water
  2. In a blender blend onion. Tomato and 1 green chilly in a fine paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and Add cumin.stir till it cracks. Add onion tomato and ginger- garlic paste.
  4. Stir continuously untill it turns golden brown. Add all spices powder . Saute until oil begins to leave.
  5. Add rajma and salt and pour water as required. Pressure cook on a flame for 2-3 whistles.
  6. When the pressure goes off open the lid and stir.
  7. Garnish with corriender leaf. Green chilly and onion and serve hot.
