Butter Garlic Prawns

Ingredients to make Butter Garlic Prawns

  • 600 grams medium prawns deveined
  • 100 grams butter
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • zest and juice of one lemon
  • 5 cloves of garlic
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp chopped parsley

How to make Butter Garlic Prawns

  1. Heat a wok on high. Add half the butter and all the oil and add in the garlic, salt and lemon zest. Stir fry on high for 2 minutes
  2. Add in the prawns and toss for an additional two to three minutes or until the prawns are cooked. Turn off heat add the remaining butter and lemon juice.
  3. Adjust seasoning and add in the parsley and serve immediately.
