Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sabudana - 100 gms
  2. Water - 4 cup
  3. Salt - to taste
  4. Cumin seeds - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak sago / sabudana for atleast four hours.
  2. Boil in a heavy bottom vessel
  3. When it boiled keep in a low flame.
  4. Stir in between thickening the sago / sabudana.
  5. Cook well till it gets thick and sago mix well in the water.
  6. Add salt and cumin seeds / jeera seeds and mix well
  7. Spread a clean plastic table cloth.
  8. Take one spoon of sabudana / sago and pour in the clean plastic table cloth,to make small circles.
  9. Repeat the process to finish the sabudana / sago.
  10. Dry in the sunlight or in the fan of wind.
  11. The next day it will be fully dried,but dry for 2 days for safer side.
  12. Store in container after drying.
