Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Flour 100grams
  2. Sugar 20 grams
  3. Salt 2grams
  4. Yeast 2 grams
  5. Ref.oil 8grams
  6. Water 55grams
  7. Milk pdr. 2grams
  8. Desicated coconut 100 grams
  9. Jam 50 Grams
  10. Butter cream 150 Grams
  11. Bread Improver 2 grams

Instructions

  1. Sieve the flr.
  2. Dissolve sugar, salt and yeast in luke warm water.
  3. Start kneading the flr with the above solution and simultaneosuly until it forms thin filament when streached with hand.
  4. After kneading rest the dough for fermentation covered with cloth for 1 hr r till done.
  5. After fermentation knock back the dough and cut each into 80 grams , roll round for for sweet bun and oval shape for cream bun.
  6. Arrange in baking trays and rest for proofing for one hour and bake at 200deg. temp. for 10 to 12 minutes.
  7. Now rest it to cool for 30 minutes.
  8. Now cut in the center for sweet bun and apply cream and jam . Decorate with desicated coconut powder.
  9. For cream bun apply cream on the folded sides and sprinkle coloured sieved coconut.
