ABOUT Healthy Oats Omlette RECIPE

In a hurry and want to eat something healthy and yummy, this should be tried once. Adapted from healthy website, I make this often and its quite filling

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Oats- 1/4 cup
  2. Eggs 2
  3. Milk - 2tablespoon
  4. Turmeric powder - pinch
  5. Pepper powder to taste
  6. Onion thinly sliced 2tablespoon
  7. Capsicum sliced 2tablespoon
  8. Deseeded chopped tomato 1tablespoon
  9. Grated carrot 2 tablespoon
  10. small Green Chilly - 1
  11. Red Chilli flakes to tase
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Fresh coriander leaves 2 tablespoon
  14. Oregano to taste

Instructions

  1. Dry roast Oats and grind it flour. Mix oats flour, milk salt turmeric , pepper, oregano , red chili flakes. Mix it well
  2. Add eggs to the mixture and whisk it well
  3. In a separate bowl keep all chopped veggies ready
  4. Heat a pan with oil/butter/ghee/oil and pour the egg oats mixture to it. Spread it like a circle . Arrange all the veggies and press it with a spoon. Sprinkle pepper powder on the top. Cook it in low medium flame for 5 minutes.
  5. Flip it and cook other side for 2 mins. Serve hot
