Ingredients Serving: 5

Flour 100grams
Icing sugar 100grams
Salt 1grams
Ripe Bananas 2nos
Eggs 3 nos
Butter 15grams
Baking pdr. 1.5grams
Baking soda 1grams
Ref, oil 35grams
Cinnamon pdr 2grams
Vanilla Essence 1teaspoon

Instructions

Sieve the flour along with baking pdr. and baking soda.
Beat eggs along with sugar and banana as well as butter till u get thick uniform batter.
Add salt while mixing.
Fold maida along with batter roughly. Also add cinnamon pdr. and mix roughly.
Pour the batter into desired moulds and bake at 160 deg. temp. for 30 minutes.
