Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Big size potatoes 4
  2. Onions 3
  3. Tomatoes 2
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder 1 teaspoon
  6. Green chillies 3
  7. Fresh malai 1 teaspoon
  8. Besan
  9. Milk 2 glass

Instructions

  1. Peel the potatoes and grate it.
  2. Grind onion,tomatoes and chillies into paste
  3. Add besan to the grated potatoes and add water to make it a paste
  4. Take a pan,add oil and fry the ground masalas till the raw smell disappear.
  5. Add milk and malai to the gravy and let it cook for few minutes.When it is done switch off the flame.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and make koftas with the potato mix.Fry till golden brown and keep it aside.
  7. Add the fried koftas to the malai gravy and it is done.Serve with hot rotis or any flavoured rice.
