Ingredients to make Keema Egg Fry

  • Boiled eggs 4
  • chicken kheema 1 cup
  • boiled potato smashed 1/4 cup
  • Chopped onion 1 cup
  • chopped tomato 1/2 cup
  • green chilles 2 nos
  • Ginger & garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • Chopped Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
  • Chopped mint leaves 1 tbsp
  • Red chilli powder 2 tbsp
  • Garam masala 1 tsp
  • Coriander seed powder 1 tsp
  • Cumin seed powder 1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • oil to fry
  • Bread crumbs 1 cup

How to make Keema Egg Fry

  1. Take the eggs and boil them. Keep aside.
  2. Take the chicken mince and make a paste in the grinder, however do not put in any water.
  3. Now take a bowl, put in the chicken paste, add the boiled and smashed potato, ginger and garlic paste. Mix these ingredients well together.
  4. Now add in the chopped onion, tomatoes, green chillies, coriander leaves , mint leaves and mix together.
  5. Then add all the dry masalas and salt. Mix together and add 2 tbsp of bread crumbs.
  6. Take the boiled eggs one by one and coat the mixture onto the egg. Press them nicely in bread crumbs set on a plate.
  7. Now take a deep kadai, add oil and heat on a high flame. Then lower the flame, put the keema coated eggs one by one and fry on a medium flame till they cook and turn light brown colour.
  8. Drain and plate the fried eggs.
  9. Serve these hot with salads and green chutney on the side.
My Tip: Do not cook this on a high flame.
