ABOUT Peanut Butter Cookies RECIPE

Quick and easy these Peanut Butter Cookies are a favorite of my kids. Add some M&Ms and these will vanish in just a couple of minutes.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Peanut Butter 1 Cup
  2. Sugar 1 Cup
  3. Egg 1
  4. M & Ms 1 cup

Instructions

  1. Pre heat the oven at 180 degree centigrade
  2. Line the baking tray with the parchment paper.
  3. Whisk egg in a bowl.
  4. Add peanut butter and sugar.
  5. Whisk again until it blends well.
  6. Drop a spoonful (one by one) on the lined tray.
  7. Space them about 2 inches apart.
  8. Press M&Ms into each cookie.
  9. Bake the cookies at 160 degree centigrade for 15 minutes
  10. Take them out.
  11. Let them cool on a wire rack.
  12. Store in an air tight container.
