Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. All purpose flour / maida - 1 cup
  2. Grated cheese - 2 cubes
  3. Black pepper - a pinch
  4. Oil - 1 tbsp
  5. Salt - to taste
  6. Oil for frying - 1 cup

Instructions

  1. In a kneading bowl mix all the ingredients.
  2. Make a soft dough with the help of water.
  3. Divide the dough into equal size balls.
  4. Roll like a thin chapati.
  5. Now cut the circle in small diamond shape.
  6. Heat enough oil in a wok for deep frying.
  7. Fry the pieces on a slow flame till golden brown.
  8. Drain on paper napkin.
  9. Serve with tea or coffee.
