  • 2 Cup of Fresh Orange Juice
  • 2 tsp of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4 tsp of tea
  • 1 tsp cinammon Powder
  • 5 tsp Honey/ Sugar
  • 4 cups of water

How to make Orange Iced Tea

  1. Boil the water on a medium heat in a pot. Add tea, cinnamon, orange zest and sugar until they are dissolved.
  2. Remove the pot from the heat and cool to room temperature for 1 hour.
  3. Take a pitcher, fill half of it with the tea mixture (discarding solids) and half with the orange and lemon juice.
  4. Put lots of ice-cubes and orange wedges. Serve it chilled.
My Tip: Do not over boil the tea as it becomes bitter in taste. You can replace sugar with brown sugar or honey.
