Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For Kneading,1 and 1/2 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup fresh whole wheat bread crum
  3. 2 tsp semolina
  4. 3/4 cup sour curd if required add more
  5. 3/4 tsp baking soda
  6. 3/4 tsp sugar
  7. Salt as required
  8. 3 tsp oil for kneading
  9. For Stuffing,300 grm paneer
  10. 1 green chilli nicely chopped
  11. 2 tsp nicely chopped onion
  12. 2 tsp nicely chopped fresh coriander
  13. 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  14. 1 tsp nicely chopped soya leaves
  15. salt as per taste
  16. Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Take whole wheat flour,bread crumbs, semolina,salt,sugar,baking soda,oil and sour curd (if need add more) and knead soft dough and keep aside it for atleast 2 to 3 hour's at hot place.
  2. For Stuffing,mashed the paneer nicely in deep bowl,add salt,chopped onion,chilli, coriander,soya leaves and roasted cumin powder and mash well.
  3. After 3 hours take rest smooth dough and make balls of it,now take a ball fill the soya flavour paneer stuffing in the centre and give chapati shape but not so thin,with the fingers if you need take rolling pin.
  4. Now heat oil in fry pan and drop carefully stuffed chapati because oil is too hot,when one side done,flip it to cook and crisp from other side,when both side done,place in tissue paper to remove excess oil.
  5. Like this prepare all Bhatura. Now serve this Bhatura hot for more flavour with rajma or chole or with dal makhani.
