Ingredients to make Croutons and tomato egg casserole

  • 10-12 pieces white fresh bread
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup fried potato sticks
  • 1/2 cup nicely chopped capsicum
  • 2 nicely chopped onion
  • 4 nicely chopped tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 1/2 cup chopped beans
  • 1/2 cup chopped cabbage
  • 2 spicy green chilli,2 not spicy green chilli
  • 1/ 2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/ 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1/2 tsp dry garlic powder
  • 1 cup Cheese
  • Olive oil for cooking
  • Salt to taste

How to make Croutons and tomato egg casserole

  1. First step,make crispy bread croutons.
  2. In a pan pour olive oil add onion before colour change add tomato and one by one all vegetables.now add red chiili powder,green chiili,pepper powder, salt and mix well.
  3. In a bowl separate egg white and yolk. In egg white add milk and whisk it well.
  4. Now in oven dish arrange croutons on wall of dish and remaning on bottom,now transfer cooked vegetables over it.
  5. Now whisk egg white,potato sticks,cabbage,chilli flakes,nor spicy chilli,dry garlic powder,cheese and finally yolk on top and bake it for 15-20 min for 180*.
  6. When it done it look like a veg egg cake and it is ready to eat.
