This is one of a kind coffee, a friend of mine swears by it. He has it daily. Its a coffee with egg. I tried it and found the taste very acceptable. This helps him curb unnecessary hunger pangs.

Ingredients to make Austria Coffee (Kai Ser Melange)
- Egg - 1
- Honey - 2 tbsp
- Coffee - 1 cup
Steps to make Austria Coffee (Kai Ser Melange)
- Prepare your filter coffee or instant coffee by mixing hot water and coffee powder.
- Crack an egg in the coffee cup and add honey.
- Pour hot boiling coffee and whisk continuously.
- Serve hot.
My Tip: Add cinnamon or nutmeg or vanilla to mask the egg smell. Make sure the water is boiling hot.
