This is one of a kind coffee, a friend of mine swears by it. He has it daily. Its a coffee with egg. I tried it and found the taste very acceptable. This helps him curb unnecessary hunger pangs.

Recipe Ingredients

  • Egg - 1
  • Honey - 2 tbsp
  • Coffee - 1 cup

Recipe Preparation

  1. Prepare your filter coffee or instant coffee by mixing hot water and coffee powder.
  2. Crack an egg in the coffee cup and add honey.
  3. Pour hot boiling coffee and whisk continuously.
  4. Serve hot.
My Tip: Add cinnamon or nutmeg or vanilla to mask the egg smell. Make sure the water is boiling hot.
