Egg Bhurji

Ingredients to make Egg Bhurji

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Chopped onions
  • 4 Chopped tomatoes
  • salt - As required
  • 1 Teaspoon chilli Powder
  • 2 Pinches of Garam masala
  • 2 Pinches of Crushed coriander Leaves
  • 4 Teaspoons of oil

How to make Egg Bhurji

  1. Heat oil in wok; when heated add onions and fry until it turns brown.
  2. Then add tomato, salt, chilli powder , garam masala powder and fry until tomato turns mushy.
  3. Now break the eggs into the wok and mix it immediately.
  4. You can see eggs getting cooked but still retaining moisture. Mix for more 1 min.
  5. Enjoy with Chapatis

My Tip:

People who are ok with a little raw egg smell can take off from the stove. I prefer it well cooked so I leave it on the stove for 3 mins and get the eggs well cooked.
