ABOUT Chili Garlic Egg Mac and Cheese RECIPE

It is a take on the original mac n cheese with a twist of my own

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Macaroni/Pasta - 250 g
  2. 5 Eggs
  3. 2 tbsp olive oil
  4. 50g butter
  5. 4 slices Cheese
  6. 12-15 Garlic cloves
  7. 10 Green chilies
  8. 1/2 tbsp Basil
  9. 2 tbsp milk
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/2 tbsp sugar
  12. 1tbsp Chili Oregano sauce (optional)

Instructions

  1. Scramble eggs in a pan on low heat with salt and sugar. Keep it aside.
  2. Boil Macaroni/Pasta as per package instructions, drain and keep it aside
  3. Melt butter in a non stick pan. Add garlic, chilies with little salt, saute until aromatic, keep it aside
  4. In same pan, heat oil. Add the pasta and milk . Mix well.
  5. Add cheese, eggs, sauce, basil, stir and let the cheese melt for a couple of minutes. Add the burnt butter garlic chilies. Mix well and serve hot
