Mango Shake

Ingredients to make Mango Shake

  • 1 medium sized fully ripe mango - peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp of sugar (you could add more if you want as per your need)
  • 1 and 1/2 cup of cold pasteurized/boiled milk

How to make Mango Shake

  1. In a blender, add the sliced mango pieces and the sugar. Puree it. Pour in the chilled milk and beat till the milk and mango puree blends well.
  2. Adjust the sugar if need be and beat it again.
  3. Serve chilled and enjoy.

My Tip:

Always puree the mango first and then add in the milk else there are chances that you might end up having small pieces of mango in the shake. I like the mango shake thicker. If you would wish to have a more thinner version add in more milk as required. You could substitute sugar with honey for more healthier option.
