Hong Kong Coffee (YuangYuang)

Ingredients to make Hong Kong Coffee (YuangYuang)

  • Black tea - 1 part
  • Black Coffee - 1 part
  • Condensed Milk 3 tbsp
  • Ice cubes

How to make Hong Kong Coffee (YuangYuang)

  1. Prepare your black tea by boiling tea leaves in 1 cup of water. Strain and keep aside.
  2. Either use filter coffee liquid or mix 1 tsp of coffee powder with 1 cup water and microwave.
  3. In a glass add 3 tbsp of condensed milk and top with black tea and black coffee of equal proportion. Stir to mix.
  4. Add lots of ice cubes and have it chilled.
