Hong Kong Coffee (YuangYuang)
- Black Tea - 1 part
- Black Coffee - 1 part
- Condensed Milk 3 tbsp
- Ice cubes
- Prepare your black tea by boiling tea leaves in 1 cup of water. Strain and keep aside.
- Either use filter coffee liquid or mix 1 tsp of coffee powder with 1 cup water and microwave.
- In a glass add 3 tbsp of condensed milk and top with black tea and black coffee of equal proportion. Stir to mix.
- Add lots of ice cubes and have it chilled.
