A healthy and colorful breakfast in a cup.

Mixed Berries & Banana Smoothie

Ingredients to make Mixed Berries & Banana Smoothie

  • 1/2 Cup of frozen mixed berries (Mix of Black berries, Black Currants, Red Currants and Strawberries)
  • 3/4 th of a banana (i used Philippines Variety)
  • 1 Cup Chilled Milk

How to make Mixed Berries & Banana Smoothie

  1. Take all the ingredients in a blender and blend it well.
  2. Pour into a glass and serve Immediately.

My Tip:

The smoothie tastes good as such without sugar/sweetener. If serving for kids, do add honey/date syrup or simple sugar to their taste.
