Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrot - 1/2 piece
  2. Beetroot - 1 small
  3. Tomato - 1
  4. Cucumber - 1/2 piece
  5. Lauki/ bottleguard - 50 gms
  6. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt - 1/2 tsp
  9. Sugar - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Peel the carrot, lauki, cucumber, beetroot and chop them in pieces.
  2. Pressure cook the lauki, carrot and tomato,cucumber, beetroot.
  3. Now grind all the cooked veggies and the other listed ingredients together.
  4. Strain in a glass and serve by decorating with mint leaves.
