Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1/2 ltr milk
  2. 1/4 cup cold milk
  3. Custard powder 2 teaspoon
  4. Sugar 5 teaspoon
  5. 8 bread slices
  6. Chocolate syrup 1 tbsp
  7. 2 tbsp pomegranate for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Mix custard powder in cold milk, keep it aside
  2. Boil 1/2 litre milk, simmer and cook for 10 minutes stirring occasionally
  3. Pour custard milk and mix well
  4. simmer for 5 minutes
  5. Add sugar and mix well until sugar dissolves
  6. Allow to cool completely
  7. Cut bread in round shape
  8. Dip each bread slice in custard
  9. Transfer to serving plate
  10. Pour custard over bread slices
  11. Garnish with chocolate syrup and pomegranate . Serve cold
