ABOUT Almond Coriander Chutney RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Almonds, blanched 1 tbsp
  2. Coriander leaves 2 cups
  3. Mint leaves 1/2 cup
  4. Green chilies 2 or 3 or as per taste
  5. Lemon juice of 1 lemon
  6. Sugar 1 teaspoon
  7. Ginger 1 inch piece
  8. Garlic 5 or 6 cloves (optional)
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grind all ingredients to smooth chutney
  2. Serve
