Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Lau pata (bottle gourd leaves) -1.5 cups
  2. onion 1 chopped
  3. green chili 2 chopped
  4. garlic paste 1 tsp
  5. oil 2 tsp
  6. kalonji 1 tsp
  7. salt to taste
  8. sugar 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Blanch leaves and grind to form smooth puree
  2. Heat a non stick pan with oil , add kalonji and stir for few seconds. Add onion chilies and garlic paste , saute until onions are translucent
  3. Add ground paste, salt and sugar. Mix well. Keep stirring until its done. Serve with rice
