Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Fresh methi leaves - 1 small bunch, washed and roughly chopped
  2. Potatoes - 2 large, diced
  3. Garlic - 4 - 5 cloves
  4. For Spice Powders :
  5. Red chili powder - 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric - 1/2 tsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
  9. Oil 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Splutter mustard seeds. Add garlic and saute until aromatic
  2. Add methi leaves and mix well
  3. Add spice powders and mix well for a minute
  4. Add diced potatoes and salt. Mix well
  5. Cover and cook stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender
  6. Serve hot with roti or rice
