Golden Hearts

Ingredients to make Golden Hearts

  • 1/2 cup grated cauliflower
  • 1 green chilli ( chopped )
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 4 tbsp cornflour
  • 1 cup lauki grated
  • 2 french beans, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup grated potato
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot
  • 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  • 2 tbsp oil

How to make Golden Hearts

  1. Add 4 cups water in a pan, let it boil.Add all veggies to it except peas. Let it boil on low flame for 5 minutes covered.
  2. Strain the veggies and squeeze water from veggies
  3. Now in a bowl,add squeezed veggies, chopped green chillies,salt,black pepper powder and corn flour And mix well Make like dough
  4. Now make shapes of your choice
  5. Heat a non stick pan and add 2 tbsp oil and shallow fry cutlets from both sides
  6. Enjoy!
