Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Apple-1
  2. Banana- 1
  3. Avocado-1 - optional
  4. guava-1, chopped and de-seeded
  5. ripe papaya-1/4 cup
  6. milk- 1 cup
  7. sugar- to taste
  8. cardamom powder-1/4 teaspoon - optional
  9. For garnish- rose/ chocolate syrup

Instructions

  1. Peel and chop the fruits into cubes
  2. Blend all the ingredients well to form smooth puree
  3. Pour the smoothie in cold serving glass
  4. Drizzle rose/chocolate syrup on top and serve immediately
