ABOUT Saffron Semolina Phirni RECIPE

Aromatic Saffron threads combined with fine semolina,/rava/sooji with the flavour enhanced by adding Cardomom in milk gives a quick phirni .This works best wen aweet tooh sudden cravings cum up pr unexpected guests come in and u wana serve dessert made by you.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 3 tblspn Fine Rava/Sooji/Semolina
  2. 1/4 tblspn Saffron threads
  3. 3 tblspn Sugar
  4. 1/4 tspn Cardomom seeds
  5. 150 ml or one big soup bowl Milk

Instructions

  1. Heat clean a pot and keep saffron handy
  2. Add milk to pot now and add cardamom seeds
  3. Put on gas and bring milk to boil, add sugar and low the flame now
  4. Mix sugar well now add the Rava slowly on slow
  5. Cook stirring continuous for 5 minutes
  6. As phirni thickens put of gas ,keep ready pouring bowls as do not wait once phirni ready ,pour out
  7. Garnish with Pistachio and almonds chopped ,Serve as is or cool in fridge
