  1. 1 CUP WHITE CHOLE.(SOAK CHOLE FOR 8 HOURS)
  2. AFTER 8 HOURS ADD 1TBSP OIL&1TBSP SALT
  3. TAKE 2 SLICE OF TAMARIND (IMLI)SOAK 1 CUP WATER FOR 10 MINUTES.TAKE 2 TOMATO, 3 GREEN CHILLI ,3 ONION
  4. HEAT A PAN ADD OIL 4TBSP, 1/2 TBSP HING
  5. ADD MUSTRD SEEDS 1 TBSP, ADD CHOPP TOMATO
  6. ADD CHOPP ONION&GREEN CHILLI &STIR CONTINUE IN MEDIUM FLAME
  7. ADD 1TBSP SALT ,1/2TURMERIC ,1 TBSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. PEELED TAMRIND WITH HAND EXTRACT WATER FROM IT
  9. ADD TAMARIND WATER IN PAN
  10. ADD 1 TBSP CHANA MASALA
  11. ADD 1 CUP WATER &MIX IT PROPERLY
  12. AFTER 6-7 WHISTLE CHECK CHOLE WITH HAND
  13. ADD BOILED CHOLE IN PAN &MIX IT.COOK 15 MINUTES IN MEDIUM FLAME
  14. AFTER 15 MINUTES ADD CORRIENDER.YOUR PERFECT CHOLE MASALA IS READY
  15. SERVE WITH ROTI OR RICE AS PER YOUR CHOICE.
