Nutella Cake

Ingredients to make Nutella Cake

  • 6  eggs white and yolk separated
  • A pinch of  salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 400  grams  nutella
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 100  gms  dark chocolate  (melted)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 100 ml cream

How to make Nutella Cake

  1. Preheat the oven at 180 degrees.
  2. Beat egg whites with in a bowl, and nutella and butter in another bowl.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate in the nutella bowl. Mix by cut and fold method.
  4. Pour the egg whites in the bowl and beat well.
  5. Pour the batter in a greased mould and bake for 40 mins
  6. For ganache, place the cream on double boiler, add water and chopped chocolate.
  7. Take the boiler off the heat once chocolate melts. Whisk properly.
  8. Unmould the cake and top with the ganache and dust cocoa powder with the help of strainer.
  9. Refrigerate for 2 hours and serve.
