  • Lady finger-1/4kg chopped
  • Curry leaves few springs
  • Urad dal-1tbsp
  • Coriander powder-1tsp
  • Zeera powder-1tsp
  • Zeera-1tbsp
  • Chat masala powder-1tsp
  • Amchur powder-1tsp
  • Hing-1tsp
  • Garam masala powder-1tsp
  • Chilly powder-1tsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste-1tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil-3tbsp

How to make Tadkedar Masalae Wala Bhindi

  1. Take a wok add 2 tbsp oil add hing n then add all the spices n ginger garlic paste mix well add some curry leaves and add chopped bhindi cook it in a slow flame til tender.
  2. Take another wok and add oil add urad dal few springs of curry leaves n den mix it with above bhindi serve hot with chapati or rice
My Tip: you can also try out same recipe with aloo gobi or baigan.
