Honey Chilli Potato

Ingredients to make Honey Chilli Potato

  • Potato- 4
  • Honey 2 tbsp
  • Chilli sauce- 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Ketchup - 1 tbsp
  • Chilli flakes - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt to taste
  • White sesame seeds- 1 tbsp
  • Oil for fry

How to make Honey Chilli Potato

  1. Cut the potatoes in finger chips style and wash them properly.
  2. Clean it with a towel and in the mean time, Pour oil to fry in Kadhai
  3. When properly heated, fry the finger chips in the oil until they turn golden color.
  4. Now take out the finger chips on tissue paper.
  5. In a pan, add 1/2 tbsp oil, add chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, salt and chili flakes.
  6. Keep stirring for at least 1 minute.
  7. Switch off the flame and add honey in it and keep stirring.
  8. Add fried finger chips in it and mix well.
  9. Garnish with white sesame seeds.
My Tip: Serve Hot !!
