Ingredients to make VOL AU VENT

  • Ready made puff pastry .
  • Jam(of your choice) 2 tbsp
  • Tomatoes sliced.
  • Rosemary 1tsp
  • Chadder cheese 3 tbsp

How to make VOL AU VENT

  1. Roll out the pastry sheet. With a round cookie cutter cut 8circles.
  2. Cut 8 more circles .Now with a smaller cookie cutter cut in the centre and place it on complete circle.
  3. Make 8 such cases.
  4. Fill 4 cases with jam and other 4 cases with tomato and cheese.topped with rosemary.
  5. Brush top of each case with beaten egg.
  6. Bake it at 180° for 30 min,or till golden brown.
