Ingredients to make Meatballs with coconut milk

  • Butter 20 gms
  • Onion 2, chopped
  • Minced Beef 900 gms
  • Garlic 10 gms
  • Salt 15 gms
  • Black Pepper as required
  • Dry chilli flakes 10 gms
  • Milk 30 ml
  • Bread crumbs 30 gms
  • Ginger 10 gms
  • Chicken stock 50 ml
  • Corriander seeds 10 gms
  • Cardamom seeds 3 gms
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • Cinnamon powder 1 tsp
  • Dry chillies 2
  • Lemon grass 2 tsp
  • Coconut milk 100 ml

How to make Meatballs with coconut milk

  1. Chop the onion and garlic.
  2. In the pan add the butter and add the onion and garlic, saute it well then add dry chilli flakes. Keep aside.
  3. Add the milk in bread crumbs, keep aside.
  4. Take the beef mince, add salt and pepper and add the sauteed onion and garlic mixture into it and add the bread crumbs mixture.
  5. Make into small balls.
  6. In the pan, add butter and fry these balls well.
  7. Middle of the pan add the corriander seeds, cardamom seeds ,turmeric powder, cinnamon powder, dry chillies, lemon grass ,ginger and chicken stock. Add coconut milk and boil it for 1 minute, grate the lemon on top and squeez the lemon on it to serve and check the seasoning.
