Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 leftover kachori
  2. 1 cup tomato puree
  3. 2 tbsp oil
  4. 1/4 cup curd
  5. 2 tbsp ginger chilli paste
  6. 2 tbsp fresh malai
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1 tsp corriender powder
  10. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  11. 1 onion chopped
  12. 1/2 tsp cumin
  13. Salt to taste
  14. Corriender leaves

Instructions

  1. HEAT 2 TBSP OIL IN A NONSTICK PAN
  2. ADD 1/2 TSP CUMIN
  3. ADD 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 2 TBSP GREEN CHILLI- GINGER PASTE
  4. ADD 1 CHOPPED ONION, SAUTE TILL TRANSLUCENT
  5. ADD 1 CUP TOMATO PUREE
  6. ADD 1/4 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  7. ADD 1 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. ADD 1/2 TSP CORIANDER POWDER
  9. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  10. MIX WELL
  11. COVER & COOK FOR 3 MINS
  12. ADD 1/4 CUP CURD
  13. SAUTE TILL MASALA LEAVES OIL
  14. ADD 2 TBSP FRESH MALAI, MIX
  15. CUT 2 KACHORIS INTO SMALL PIECES
  16. SEPARATE THE STUFFING
  17. ADD STUFFING INTO THE GRAVY
  18. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER, SIMMER FOR 2-3 MINS
  19. ADD 1/2 TSP GARAM MASALA & THE KACHORI PIECES
  20. MIX & COOK FOR A FEW SECONDS
  21. GARNISH WITH FRESH CORIANDER
