Galawati Cauliflower Kebabs

Ingredients to make Galawati Cauliflower Kebabs

  • Grated cauliflower 1 cup
  • Boiled kidney bean paste 1/2 cup
  • Chopped coriander 4 tsp
  • Chopped green chilly 2 tsp
  • Chopped ginger 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • Amchoor powder 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder 1 tsp
  • Sweet spice 1 tsp
  • Desi ghee 100 gms
  • Salt as per taste
  • Oil to stir fry
  • Kewra water 4-5 drops

How to make Galawati Cauliflower Kebabs

  1. Take a pan, add 5 tsp desi ghee, add in the grated cauliflower and cook it for 10 minutes.
  2. Add kidney beans paste, add all the spices, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, sweet spice, amchoor powder, garam masala powder and mix all the ingredients. Cook for 5 minutes then let it cool.
  3. Take this mixture in a bowl, add chopped green chilies, green coriander and chopped ginger. Add 5 tsp desi ghee, kewra water and mix it properly.
  4. Make round patties and stir fry both sides for 10-12 minutes each.
  5. Serve hot galawati cauliflowers kebabs with green chutney.
My Tip: Give a smoky flavour to make it more yummy and delicious.
