veg noodles neither hot nor spicy , here i have not added any chilli sauce more veggies and for nutritious value add paneer cubes enjoy as breakfast with coffee

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. hakka noodles pack -1
  2. salt as required
  3. chopped garlic -1teaspoon
  4. green chillies chopped as your taste
  5. veggies chopped -here green capsicum , beans , carrot , cabbage -1 cup small
  6. chopped onion -1
  7. white pepper crushed
  8. soya sauce -1 small spoon
  9. water for noodles boil
  10. spring onion chopped -1 stalk
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. Boil noodles in sufficient water. Drain and cool. Heat oil in a wok, add onion and stir-fry for two minutes. Add carrot, capsicum and cabbage and stir-fry for two minutes, stirring and tossing continuously
  2. Add noodles, soy sauce, MSG, salt to taste and white pepper powder and cookon high heat for a couple of minutes or until the noodles are heated through, tossing continuously.
  3. serve hot garnished with spring onion greens. Nutrition Info
