Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Oil as required
  2. Idli batter 1 cup
  3. Mustard seeds 1 tsp
  4. Grated carrot 1
  5. Curry leaves as required
  6. Chopped Big Onion 1
  7. Green chilli 1/2
  8. chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Mix salt with idli batter.
  2. In pan add oil,mustard seeds,Curry leaves,onion,green chilli and chilli powder.fry for 10 min
  3. Now add fried mixture in idli batter
  4. Heat oil
  5. Pour idli batter
  6. Cook both sides
  7. Wait for 3-4 min.spicy carrot paniyaram is ready to taste
