ABOUT Carrot corn idli RECIPE

In this we mix carrot and corns with Suji. It is so yummy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot 1/2 cup, grated
  2. Corn 4 tbsp boiled
  3. Capsicum 1 chopped
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Curd 1 cup
  6. Suji [semolina] 1 cup
  7. Eno 1 packet
  8. Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
  9. Lemon juice 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Add carrot, corn in a bowl and mix.
  2. Add suji, salt, curd and mix.
  3. Add lemon juice , ginger garlic paste mix well.
  4. Add little water and Make a smooth paste consistancy and leave it for 20 minutes.
  5. Add eno and put in 2 tbsp in each greased idli mould.
  6. Put in microwave for 3 minutes on high mode.
  7. Demould it when cool down and served.
