ABOUT Corn & macaroni grilled sandwich RECIPE

This is a variety of sandwich, made with corn and macaroni, my kids love this and is great tiffin option.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup boiled macaroni
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 chopped capsicum
  4. 2 tbsp pasta sauce
  5. Butter [as required]
  6. 8 slices brown bread

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix macaroni, onion, salt,green chilli and capsicum
  2. Add the sauce.
  3. Fill 2 slices of bread with this stuffing. Grill them in a toaster using some butter. serve hot with some ketchup on the side.
