Egg-less Strawberry Mousse

Ingredients to make Egg-less Strawberry Mousse

  • 250 grams Strawberries
  • 200 ml cream 25 % to 35 % fat
  • 4 tbsp sugar or as required

How to make Egg-less Strawberry Mousse

  1. Rinse the Strawberries and drain. Remove the top green part of the strawberries. This is called hulling. Now roughly chop them.
  2. Add the chopped Strawberries and sugar in a blender to get a smooth puree without any chunks in it.
  3. Spoon out 1-2 tbsp of this puree in shot glasses or bowl.
  4. Now add chilled cream to the rest of the Strawberry puree in the grinder jar and pulse for 5-7 times until the cream blends very well with the puree.
  5. Spoon out the mousse over the puree in the shot glasses and refrigerate.
  6. Garnish it with Strawberry chunks and serve it chilled .

My Tip:

Use chilled cream or else the cream may split.
