Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Dates 500 gm
  2. Almond 1/2 cup
  3. Pistachio 1/2 cup
  4. Coconut 1/2 cup
  5. Cardemom powder 2 tbsp
  6. Ghee 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut dates and remove seeds if not seedless
  2. Heat a pan add ghee then add all dryfruits. Mix it and add chopped dates.
  3. Mix it till leaves the surface. Off the gas then make a dough
  4. Wrap it in a silver foil and freeze it for 2 hrs.
  5. Cut it into desired shape.

It came out good, although I forgot to add coconut. Added khas khas and white til :blush:
