ABOUT Mediterranean omlette RECIPE

Easy healthy traditional breakfast of all the countries border the Mediterranean sea.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. eggs - 2-3
  2. milk - 1-2 tbsp
  3. chopped onions - 2-3 tbsp
  4. chopped colourful bellpeppers - 2-3 tbsp
  5. chopped spring onions - 2 tbsp
  6. freshly ground pepper and salt -to taste
  7. olive oil or butter - 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. In a bowl add egg,salt and a tbsp of milk or water beat well.
  2. Heat pan, add oil or butter, pour the egg mix, when half cooked ,sprinkle chopped onions and bell peppers.
  3. Close and cook for a minute. Turn and cook the other side also.
  4. Ready. Serve immediately with cream cheese spread and bread toast.
